R11i: AP: Cannot Save Payments Get Error FRM-41105

When attempting to use the Pay in Full functionality to pay an invoice, the following error occurs:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query the invoice to be paid
2. Click actions. Select Pay in Full check box
3. Indicate payment details
4. Save the payment
5. Error occurs
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Create Payments for invoices.
