Goal

Records in RCV_SHIPMENT_HEADERS table may have been deleted when transactions were processed using the following:

Receiving Open Interface functionality (including receiving data populated via Electronic Data Exchange (EDI) and 3rd Party software)
-or- iSupplier Portal
-or- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Mobile Applications
-or- Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA)
-or- iProcurement
-or- Field Services Portal

This datafix will recreate the missing Receipt Header (or Shipment Header) records  in RSH rcv_shipment_headers table.

 

Users may see this error when searching for the known receipt number in the Receiving Transactions Summary form:

 

 

Users may not see any receipt when searching for the receipt from the PO Summary Form:
