Symptoms

On a multi-node installation of Oracle Applications, when attempting to view a concurrent request output or log file, the following error occurs:

"An error occurred while attempting to establish an application file server connection with the node <HostName>. There may be a network configuration problem, or the listener on node <HostName> may not be running. Please contact your system administrator."
