First Tax line gets Deleted, Shipment is stopped (Doc ID 371436.1)

Symptoms

Some tax lines have been attached. But system is not showing first TAX line. So while
shipping system is showing error

"Error in routine WSH_new_delivery_actions.setInTransait,Oracle Error-- 20405
Ora-20405: Taxes are not matching in JA_IN_SO_LINE and JA_IN_SO_TAX_LINE for
line_id XXXX

Ora-06512: "APPS.JA_IN_WSH_DLRY_AU_REL_STAT_TRG" closed , line 412
Ora-04088: error during execution of
trigger'APPS.JA_IN_WSH_DLRY_AU_REL_STAT_TRG,

Changes

Taxes defaulted or added earlier are deleted and new Taxes added
