Symptoms
When attempting to receive online a RMA the following error message occurs
Steps
. In 'Order Management ' Responsibility, enter and book a sales order with an order type associated to the order category "Return".
The line is at the status "Awaiting return".
. In the 'Inventory' Responsibility navigate to Enter Receipt form, in the Customer tab, enter the RMA number.
Enter necessary information to perform the receipt for the RMA and save.
