This problem can occur on any platform.
Notification' page. After entering the data and clicking Submit, the page hangs and then a "Page
can't be displayed error" is shown.
Expect that the workflow notification will be successfully transferred, and the page will not hang.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open an Internet Expenses manager approval notification.
2. Click the 'Transfer Ownership' button
3. Enter a user to transfer the notification to.
5. Notice that the page just hangs, and the notification is not transferred successfully.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot successfully transfer notification ownership for an Internet
Expenses manager approval notification.
