Terminate Employee Error - APP-PAY-07185: 'DateTrack delete not allowed' (Doc ID 371794.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to terminate, the following error occurs for 1 person

ERROR
APP-PAY-07185: DateTrack delete not allowed.


Cause: You cannot perform the DateTrack delete operation because your effective date is set to the last datetracked row

Action: Clear your changes and move your current effective date back in time.


Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On People form, query a person

2. On end-employment form, enter dates.

3. Select terminate and receive error
