Service Request: Notifications not triggered after setting Notification Rules (Doc ID 371968.1)

Symptoms

After setting up Notification Rules according to the existing documentation to enable Service Request Notifications, the Notifications are not being sent.

The expected behavior is to have the notifications sent based on the Notification Rules, however Notifications are not sent no matter whether the Service Request is created from iSupport or TeleService.

Changes

Upgrade to 11.5.10.
