ARXCUDCI - Customers Standard
Symptoms
Running a customer search for a Person does not return any results, even though the Person record exists.
Steps to reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Standard
- Customer Type = Organization
- Enter a Customer Number, or Party Number
- Click Find
- Instead of returning the person's record you instead get a Decision pop-up: "No customer matches your search criteria. Please press the New button to enter this new customer."
