Symptoms

Running a customer search for a Person does not return any results, even though the Person record exists.


Steps to reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Standard

  1. Customer Type = Organization
  2. Enter a Customer Number, or Party Number
  3. Click Find
  4. Instead of returning the person's record you instead get a Decision pop-up: "No customer matches your search criteria. Please press the New button to enter this new customer."
