Goal

In the Business Certification, why doesn't the total number of processes equal the total number of processes when clicking the hyperlink for Ineffective Processes?

Steps to recreate:
-----------------
- Global Operations Controller responsibility.
- Home > Business Processes > Certifications
- Select to view Active Certifications
- Click Go button 
- Click name of certification
- Dashboard will be displayed
- Click  My Organizations
Review organization statistics.
In the Business Certification, the total number of ineffective processes is 23.
- Click hyperlink under Ineffective Processes column.
The total number of processes is greater than 23.
