OEXOEORD: Order Line Not Progress Beyond 'FULFILLED' Status on Some Order Types (Doc ID 372719.1)

FORM:WSHFSTRX.FMB - Shipping Transactions Form

Symptoms

You are finding that - only for certain Sales Order Types - the SO Lines stop processing at 'FULFILLED'

Expected behavior would be for these SO Lines to be Invoiced.

You are able to reproduce the issue at will with the following steps:

1. Enter and Book Order
    Responsibility = Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
    Navigate: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
2. Pick Release Order
    Responsibility = Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
    Navigate: Shipping > Release Sales Orders > Release Sales Orders SRS
3. Ship Confirm Order
    Responsibility = Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
    Navigate: Shipping >Transactions
4. Review orders and find all line remain at FULFILL status
    Responsibility = Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
    Navigate: Orders, Returns > Order Organizer
    Query Order

This is preventing these SO Lines from being Invoiced.
