Symptoms
Print screen from Oracle Applications prints in portrait orientation instead of landscape. When a user tries to print a screen by clicking on the form's printer icon, or via the toolbar's menu option of File: Print, and changing the orientation to landscape, the screen still prints in portrait orientation.
