Symptoms
When attempting to save a service request from the Contact Center, the following error occurs:
ORA-29875: failed in the execution of the ODCIINDEXINSERT routine
ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:
DRG-50857: oracle error in textindexmethods: ODCIIndexInsert
ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:
DRG-10602: failed to queue DML change to column for in Package
CS_ServiceRequest_PVT procedure Create_ServiceRequest
Steps to replicate:
- Go to the Customer Support responsibility
- Go to Customer Management > Contact Center
Changes
Database upgrade to 10.2.0.x or 11g.
