Symptoms
When attempting to update the ship to location on the customer site the following error occurs.
APP-AR-96282: Error: You can define accounts only for a customer Bill-To site.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Standard
- Query an existing Customer
- Open the Address
- Change the Site Address - no problems
- Change the Bill To Usage Business Purpose Location field - no problems
- Change the Ship To Usage Business Purpose Location field - error appears.

Bottom left message line says: Exception raised by serverside code site use update
Cannot save the record.
