When attempting to open the Contact Center form from a custom responsibility, you receive multiple errors.
After clicking through the errors you see the form but with only the Collateral tab visible.
FRM-41387: Cannot set VISIBLE attribute of last enterable tab page.
ORA-01403: no data found.
Details: FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-ITEM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508.
However, you are able to open the form without any errors using the seeded Customer Support responsibility.
