Duplicate Prevention Still Allow Duplicate Organizations Despite Profile 'HZ: Duplicate Allowed' Set To No (Doc ID 373500.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


Profile "HZ: Duplicate Allowed" set to "No" at both Site & Responsibility Level.
Profile "HZ: Enable Duplicate Prevention at Party Creation" set to "Person and Organization" at the site level.

User is still able to create duplicate organizations in Oracle Sales and Oracle Customers Online (OCO).

Steps to reproduce:
1.) Logon to Oracle Sales
2.) Click on Create Lead
3.) Enter Lead Name and click Select for Customer Name
4.) Search for any existing customer in your DB
5.) Click on "create new customer"
6.) Fill in Name and Address IDENTICAL to an existing customer
7.) Click on "Apply"
8.) New Customer and matching Existing customer(s) will be displayed on Warning Page
9.) Click on "Use new Customer"
10.) Click on "Apply" to create Lead
