Error Received when Entering Accounting Information for Inventory Org - Where Clause of HR_ORGDDF_INVACC_SOB Value Set Validation

On 11.5.9 in Production:
When attempting to enter accounting information for an inventory org the following error occurs:
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 904 in FDFGVD
Cause: FDFGVD failed due to ORA-00904: "PER_ORGANIZATION_ID": invalid identifier.
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: SELECT
SET_OF_BOOKS_ID,SHORT_NAME VALUE, NAME DESCRIPTION, NVL('N', 'N'),

When entering accounting information for an inventory org, observe the above error.
The issue has the following business impact:
