Error Received when Entering Accounting Information for Inventory Org - Where Clause of HR_ORGDDF_INVACC_SOB Value Set Validation (Doc ID 373513.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5.9 in Production:
When attempting to enter accounting information for an inventory org the following error occurs:

ERROR
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 904 in FDFGVD

Cause: FDFGVD failed due to ORA-00904: "PER_ORGANIZATION_ID": invalid identifier.

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: SELECT
SET_OF_BOOKS_ID,SHORT_NAME VALUE, NAME DESCRIPTION, NVL('N', 'N'),
NVL(TO_NUMBER(NULL), -1), NULL, NVL('Y', 'Y'), NVL(TO_CHAR(TO_DATE(NULL), 'J'), 0), NVL(TO_CHAR(TO_DATE(NULL), 'J'), 0) FROM GL_SETS_OF_BOOKS G WHERE (((EXISTS (SELECT E.ORGANIZATION_ID FROM HR_LEGAL_ENTITIES E WHERE
