Goal

Credit application is created, but nothing shows in the scheduler notifications that something is waiting to be processed or assigned.

You manually found the application and assigned it, but once the application was submitted, nothing can be done to the application.

1) Why isn't a workflow notification sent?
2) Why is the application not updateable ?
