Symptoms

When attempting to run the interface trip Stop request the following error occurs.

API Process_Stop_To_OM failed with an unexpected error
The unexpected error is ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error
API interface_line_to_OM failed with an unexpected error
The unexpected error is ORA-01086: savepoint 'L_INTERFACE_OM' never established
