One-to-One Fulfillment Server Processes Remain in Memory after being Shutdown (Doc ID 374174.1)

Symptoms

One-to-One Fulfillment server processes remain in memory even though the One-to-One Fulfillment server is shutdown using the following command:


>>jtffmctl.sh stop

In Linux, a One-to-One Fulfillment server process may be seen like the one below after the fulfillment server has been shutdown.

linuxbox:> ps -auwwwx | grep FulfillmentServer (Use this command in Linux to display the One-to-One Fulfillment process)
