Symptoms

When attempting to query outbound tasks with a specific user the warehouse control board does not
show any hit and the debug log file shows the following error :

STEPS
In Warehouse Control Board form (in Warehouse Management Responsibility)
1. Query outbound tasks with the user with problems
2. The warehouse control board does not show any hit
