When using Applications 11.5.10 and attempting to navigate to new assigned responsibility or a responsibility with removed end date, the following error occurs:
Please contact your System Administrator.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query an application user
2. Assign a responsibility to this user.
3. Login as this user and the responsibility is not visible unless Apache is bounced.
This issue can occur for any newly added or changed responsibility
If Apache is bounced then the responsibility will appear as expected and function correctly. In addition, after 1 or 2 hours the responsibility will appear and function correctly of it's own accord.
This problem normally occurs after applying the ATG RUP3 <Patch 4334965> "11i.ATG_PF.H RUP3" or ATG RUP4 <Patch 4676589> "11i.ATG_PF.H.RUP4"
