On 18.104.22.168 in Production:
When attempting to progress a booked order which has a configuration created on the line, the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a Order with a Configuration on the line
2. Book the order
3. Click Actions > Progress order, and get an exception message:
Some of the BOMs are not defined in all the organizations
