Symptoms

When attempting to Stage All Data the request
fails with the following error.

**Ends**22-JUN-2006 15:50:37
Error encountered when running Staging Worker request (ID: 351123). Please
examine request in the log file for more information.

Concurrent Program 'Create DQM indexes' is erroring
The ARHDQMCR module: DQM Index Creation Program has the following errors:

ORA-29855: error occurred in the execution of ODCIINDEXCREATE routine
ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:
DRG-10700: preference does not exist: HZ_DQM_STORAGE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Trading Community Manager -->Control -->Request
-->Run -->Single Request -->DQM Staging Program
