Symptoms
When attempting to edit a location after migration, the following errors occur:
ERROR
ORA-04098: trigger 'HR.DR$HR_LOCATIONS_N1TC' is invalid and failed re-validation.
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_LOCATION_API", line 1019
