Symptoms

On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
When attempting to run periodic Mass Copy
the following error occurs.

ERROR

FA_RETIREMENT_PUB.do_retirement: ret_id: has the value of XXXX
FA_RETIREMENT_PUB.do_retirement: submit calculate gain/loss program has the value of
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("FA"."FA_ADJUSTMENTS"."ADJUSTMENT_AMOUNT")
Error: function FA_INS_ADJUST_PKG.fainajc returned failure
Error: function FA_INS_ADJUST_PKG.faxinaj returned failure
Error: function FA_GAINLOSS_UPD_PKG.fagurt returned failure
FAGURT: Fail to make table adjustments for asset XXXXX
Cause: You have a database problem.

Action: Contact your system administrator.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Retire and reinstate asset in Corp Book
2. Run Mass Copy
