Goal
In iProcurement, there is a checkbox for : "I need a purchase order number immediately" in the Shopping Cart. This is the only way an emergency purchase order number is generated during the requisition checkout process.
How can the checkbox be defaulted as already checked when creating a non-catalog or catalog request since the check box is defaulted as unchecked?
