Attachment Link Is Not Working In Customers Online. (Doc ID 375531.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to press Attachment link on the Customers Online form (OCO), after selecting a customer
the following error occurs.

ERROR
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Category Name (miscellaneous) defined
for attachment item (PartyId) with entity (IMC_ATTACHMENTS) is invalid. Please
verify spelling of Category Name in meta data or define the category in FND_DOCUMENT_CATEGORIES table.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter with Customers Online Super User Responsibility
2. Search for a customer
3. Click the Attachment link

BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add attachment to customers.
