Symptoms

Reqimport is failing with error suggesting list price is missing in the item master even when the item has a list price defined in the item Master organization
Error seen from Requisition import Exceptions Report:
 This item is missing a list price in the item master setup window. Please enter a list price greater than zero(0) in the item master.

There is no Approved Supplier list record or sourcing document for this item, however there is a Local Sourcing Rule defined  for this Supplier
