Symptoms
On 11.5.10.2, Start OAM->Applications Dashboard ->Launch diagnostic Tests
From the diagnostic test web page, While selecting responsibility list of values icon, the following error occurs:
ERROR
"You do not have sufficient privileges to perform this function."
Also the error message might be different like the following:
"The page cannot be displayed"
