Symptoms
In Customers Online, adding a classification gives the following error:
Error :
" You cannot assign more than one class code from this class category to a single party. This class category is defined with multiple assignments disallowed.
The following SQL error occurred: User-Defined Exception."
Steps to Reproduce the issue:
- Query a Customer
- Assign a classification of ‘Prospect’.
- Remove the classification of ‘Prospect’.
- Now Assign a different code under the same Class Category. Assign classification of ‘Customer'.
- Notice that an error comes up.
