RMAs Stuck In Awaiting Return Disposition Wf: Wait For Inspection (Doc ID 376402.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5 .10, find there are some RMAs where all lines are stuck in status " AWAITING_RETURN_DISPOSITION".
The current workflow activity is: Wait for inspection

However you are not currently utilizing inspection - Parts are not flagged as inspection, and  nowhere is inspection invoked.

Cannot pull up the RMA in the Receipts form or the Receiving Transaction form since it is already received, cannot access the "inspect" button to progress the lines.


STEPS
Create a RMA order. Progress to awaiting receipt.  Do the following receiving:

Step 1.
Navigate: Inventory -> Transactions -> Receiving ->
Receipts -> Select Child Organizations -> Source Type = Internal -> Click
Customer Tab -> Populate RMA # -> Find -> populate header information ->
click Receipts form -> select line to receive by flagging box next to
the quantity -> populate location -> save

Step 2:
Inventory -> Transactions -> Receiving -> Returns -> Customer tab ->
populate RMA # -> check box -> enter quantity -> Return-To field =
Customer -> save
