Item Number Not Getting Printed In Sales Order Acknowledgment Report (Doc ID 376499.1)

Symptoms

Find that when running the Sales Order Acknowledgment Report, with any of the parameters (like
Both, Item and Description, Ordered Item, etc.), Item Number is not being printed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the Item Number to print on the Sales Order Acknowledgment Report.

STEPS
1. Via the Order Management Super User Responsibility.
2. Navigate: Reports, Requests > Run Report
3. Run the Sales Order Acknowledgment Report with the following parameters (from the Report Log
File):
