Synchronize Did Not Remove Data such as Accounts and Leads from Sales Offline after Territory Changes (Doc ID 376718.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


After deleting a resource from a Territory, running Generate Territory Packages (GTP) and Territory Assignment Program (TAP), when a synchronization to Sales Offline is made, the Resource is still on the Sales Team in Sales Offline.  The resource has been removed as expected from Oracle Sales Online and Oracle Telesales.
