Symptoms

On 11.5.9 in Production:
When attempting to enter online sales order, the following error occurs.

ERROR
BOM_BILL_DOES_NOT_EXIST

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iStore responsibility
2. Navigation: Create Quote> Place Order> See Error: Quantity on hand fails to satisfy
reservation

3 Navigation: Order organizer> Enter order header and line information> Save>
See Error BOM_BILL_DOES_NOT_EXIST

BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enter order for item

Verified the issue in the log file as noted below:
 ERROR IN BOM EXPLOSION
ERROR CODE IS 9998
BOM MSG NAME: BOM_BILL_DOES_NOT_EXIST
