Notification Mailer Fails With ORA-25205 On wf_notification_out (Doc ID 377021.1)

Symptoms

The Workflow mailer does not start as it fails with errors in the log file:

:ERROR:[fnd.wf.bes.PLSQLQueueHandler]:dequeue() :Could not execute() the CallableStatement or retrieve OUT parameter -> java.sql.SQLException: ORA-25205: the QUEUE APPLSYS.WF_NOTIFICATION_OUT does
not exist
