Can I create an Overridable Modifier that can be used on a top level Service line in Service Contracts? (Doc ID 377439.1)

Last updated on APRIL 01, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Service Contracts - Version 11.5.9 to 11.5.10 [Release 11.5]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

An Overridable Modifier has been defined but is not available for selection and cannot be applied to a top level Service line in Service Contracts.

Technically, this is not allowed. This is documented in <Note 339860.1>. However, the steps below will allow you to simulate an overridable Modifier, without actually using one.
