ERROR: Customer ID has not been Fixed when EXCL FUNCTION "IRECEIVABLES HOME" (Doc ID 377565.1)

When trying to exclude the function "iReceivables Home tab"  get the following message:

Error customer id has not been fixed

Using iReceivables 2.0 Internal responsibility
Nav: iReceivable->Bill Management->Search screen.
error encountered Access Denied
click on the Account tab
get following error repeated 3 times customer id has not been fixed
