Symptoms

When attempting to open the View Shipping Status from the Additional Line Information on the Sales Order form, the following error occurs.

ERROR:
Function not available to this responsibility. Change responsibility or contact system
administrator.



STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Order Management Super User Responsibility
2. Enter and book a new order
3. Shipping < Transactions < Release Sales Orders
4. Pick release order
5. Go to Orders-Returns< Order Organizer
6. Query the order
7. Select Lines tab
8. Select Actions > View Shipping Status
