Symptoms

Attempting to change the default Payment Term in a transaction and find the List of Values (LOV) does not exist.

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Transactions > Transactions

Create a transaction (Choose the Transaction Source and Transaction Type)
Enter Customer name
Try to Change the defaulted Payment Term

Only One value is available in LOV for Payment Terms
