Goal
The purpose of this document is to explain/clarify what the different values in the GL_POSTED_FLAG in the OZF_FUNDS_UTILIZATION_ALL table mean.
What does it mean if the flag has the following values for each utilization type:
1) null or blank for type = REQUEST or TRANSFER or UTILIZED or ACCRUAL or SALES ACCRUAL
2) "X" for type = REQUEST or TRANSFER or UTILIZED or ACCRUAL or SALES ACCRUAL
3) "N" for type = REQUEST or TRANSFER or UTILIZED or ACCRUAL or SALES ACCRUAL
4) "Y" for type = REQUEST or TRANSFER or UTILIZED or ACCRUAL or SALES ACCRUAL
5) "F" for type = REQUEST or TRANSFER or UTILIZED or ACCRUAL or SALES ACCRUAL
