Goal

What are the steps needed to load Data from the flat file provided by D&B into the Bulk Loader Interface tables?
What are the steps to move the the D&B Data from the interface tables to the TCA tables?

Note:  In 11i, be sure to apply one off <Patch 5171854>.  This patch contains critical to Bulk Import and needs to be applied on top of 11i.HZ.N

Solution
 1.  Manually create a Directory Object on the same environment as your TCA database.
 2. Copy or FTP the D&B Flat file to the location identified by the newly created directory object
 3. Create the Batch_ID
 4. Import Flat File
 5. Run the Bulk Loader to move the D&B data from the interface tables into the main TCA tables.
 6. View the Data Once the Data is Moved from the Interface Tables
