After Upgrade to R11i Account Analysis And Drilldown Menu Option is Missing (Doc ID 386357.1)

BalanceInqPG - Account Analysis and Drilldown

Symptoms

The GL_SUPERUSER menu does not have the option ACCOUNT ANALYSIS AND DRILLDOWN.
In 11.5.10 this should access the new Web-based account analysis and drilldown form.

Trying to do a Drilldown:
Account Analysis and Drilldown does not return any results.
When creating a Period Listing Inquiry and viewing results it returns nothing and receive the error:

Message not found. Application: SQLGL, Message Name: GL_INQ_ER_BALTYPE_CRITERIA.

Steps to Reproduce:
In GL go to Inquiry Account Ana. and Drilldown.
Enter parameters and go.

Changes

Upgrade from release 11.0.3 to release 11.5.10.2
