Symptoms
When attempting to create a large design chart (rule type) with more than 200 rows,
the following error occurs.

Warning
1. Query has exceeded 200 rows. Potentially more rows exist, please restrict your query.
2. Rule validated successfully
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility : Oracle Configurator Developer
2. Navigate: Workbench: Rules > Edit Design Chart: Create a 13x36 design chart (rule type)
3. Receive Warning
Query has exceeded 200 rows. Potentially more rows exist, please restrict your query.
