Vendor Location Not Operating Unit Specific (Doc ID 386645.1)

Symptoms

When creating an item service relationship and when selecting the vendor location in an outside processing order in CMRO, the vendor location is not operating unit specific.  This can cause a vendor location to be created or selected which does not apply to the operating unit.

Expect the Vendor Location to be operating unit specific.

Steps:
1 - Administration > Vendor Sourcing > Item Service Relationships
2 - Create or select a item service relationship
3 - Add a row and select a vendor that has sites in multiple operating units
4 - Select LOV for Vendor Location
5 - Locations appear that are not applicable to the inventory organization for which the item service relationship is defined.
6 - Execution > Outside Processing > OSP Orders or Inventory Items
7 - Select an existing order or create a new order
8 - If default vendor is the one defined above, select the Vendor - Location
9 - LOV - Locations appear for operating unit(s) that are not related to the order.
10 - If default vendor is different from one created above, Select vendor defined above.
11 - Select the Vendor Location LOV - Locations appear for operating unit(s) that are not related to the order.
