When creating an item service relationship and when selecting the vendor location in an outside processing order in CMRO, the vendor location is not operating unit specific.  This can cause a vendor location to be created or selected which does not apply to the operating unit.

Expect the Vendor Location to be operating unit specific.

- Administration > Vendor Sourcing > Item Service Relationships
- Create or select a item service relationship
- Add a row and select a vendor that has sites in multiple operating units
- Select LOV for Vendor Location
- Locations appear that are not applicable to the inventory organization for which the item service relationship is defined.
- Execution > Outside Processing > OSP Orders or Inventory Items
- Select an existing order or create a new order
- If default vendor is the one defined above, select the Vendor - Location
- LOV - Locations appear for operating unit(s) that are not related to the order.
- If default vendor is different from one created above, Select vendor defined above.
- Select the Vendor Location LOV - Locations appear for operating unit(s) that are not related to the order.
