When trying to raise a new Service Request (SR) or update an existing SR, the system is giving an error message:
"The value for Customer_id cannot be updated."
This issue may not happen for all the SRs, but only for a few.
This issue is occurring at different stages, either when trying to create a new SR after querying another SR, or simply when bringing the SR details on the screen.
