Goal
(R) Customer Support Specialist
(N) Advanced Search
- Set a criteria that is supposed to return more than 200 SRs.
- Advanced search results show first 25 rows. Then we click on to see next 25 rows.
- Proceed until 200 Rows.
- Beyond that, the Search Results window does not show any more SRs, even though it SHOULD have returned more rows.
How to get this restriction removed?
