Incorrect Action Menu Appears On Bill Manager

This problem can occur on any platform.
The 'invoice' action menu instead of the 'bill' action menu is called when validating the parent bill via the bill manager.
No error message is displayed.
From bill manager:
1. Search for child-bill
2. Press 'v' to validate parent bill details.
3. Select the action menu, the 'invoice' action menu is showing instead of the 'bill' action menu.
This issue results in very odd printing results, such as having recharge bills printed as regular selfbills.
