Symptoms

An RTF Layout Template includes the Euro Symbol and is displayed correctly using Microsoft Word. Generating a PDF output causes the Euro Symbol to be converted in to a question mark '?'.

  • Self Service pages build on the Oracle Application Framework technology
  • Concurrent Processing by means of the Output Post Processor as well as the XML Report Publisher.
