Goal

When the profile options are set as follows:

PA: Cross Project User - View: Yes
PA: Cross Project User - Update: No

Only the following is seen in Projects SSWA:

Project Tab-Overview option
Reporting Tab-Performance option

In the forms (PAXPREPR), all setup information can be seen under the project but it cannot be accessed.
